No, you don’t! Whether you’re shopping from the USA, EU, or anywhere else, we cover all tariffs and customs charges. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay — no hidden fees, no extra costs.
- USA: All tariffs are included.
- EU: All customs charges are taken care of.

Do you accept returns?
30-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following:
- Items must be returned in identical condition to when sold (same weight, size, and condition)
- Refunds processed to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return
- Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility
Deposits & Payments
Can I reserve an item with a deposit?
Yes! We offer two friendly options:
- 30-Day Deposit: 10% deposit, 30 days to pay in full (non-refundable)
- 150-Day Deposit: 25% deposit, 150 days to pay in full (30-day cooling-off period)

Our Jewellery
How do you assess your jewellery?
Very few items arrive to us with original documentation. We assess every item using electronic testing, hallmark verification, and expert analysis. Our diamonds are earth-mined; we do not trace stone origins or treatments such as heat enhancement.
What should I know about vintage and antique pieces?
We personally select every piece, accepting fewer than 5% of items offered to us. Most are over 30 years old — many far older — each carrying its own history and character.
What's your packaging like?
We use minimalist packaging — small, plain boxes that are discreet, robust, reusable, and minimise postal costs. No fancy packaging means better value for you.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes — every ring comes with a free resize. Simply leave us a note at checkout, email, or contact us on Instagram with your correct size. You can also use the Jason Withers App (Apple & Android) to measure an existing ring.
We offer this free resize so you can buy with confidence — the price you pay covers the craftsmanship, and we handle everything for you. Returns of resized rings are accepted, with a small adjustment for the goldsmith cost if applicable.
