RESIZING

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not know your ring size? It  is perfectly okay to purchase a ring and advise us the size you need at a later date.

USEFUL TO KNOW: "Jason Withers is a clever ring resizing application. It works with both Apple and Android Phones. If you already have a ring that fits, the Jason Withers App will tell you the size. Find it on Google."

FROM 31st March 2024 you do not have to add a resize to your basket at checkout. Every ring comes with a free resize option. Simply leave us a note at checkout, email or Instagram.

FREE RESIZE ON EVERY RING HERE AT FEWL 

Over the years we have experimented with a variety of resize options in terms of price. We now realise that our customers love a free resize and it makes their decision to purchase much easier. You are buying a bespoke item which we believe is a is a more thrilling and practical experience.

So, we have decided to offer a free resize on any ring.  Of course, the resize is not free to us, as we have to pay  our goldsmith to do the job. The average cost is around £40.

MAY I RETURN A RESIZED RING? -Yes

Thankfully we have very few returns. The UK Government Consumer Rights Act (2015) states that bespoke goods and services (such as a tailored suit or a resized ring) are NOT covered by the right of return. An online retailer is not legally obliged to accept  a bespoke return. We have a more relaxed approach and in most cases we shall accept a bespoke return. 

As a small family business we want to be user friendly and we have  created what we believe is a fair and reasonable work around that better protects our clients and ourselves.

Should you wish to return a resized ring we will credit you the full purchase price, less the £40 we paid to the Goldsmith to do the job.
