Yes — we regularly acquire pieces offered to us by our customers.
The global reach of our website and the breadth of our audience means we're often in a position to offer a fairer price than you'd expect from a high street jeweller or pawnbroker. Trading with us is a walk in the park compared to trying to sell on eBay and the like.
If you have pieces you'd like us to consider — whether to buy outright or take in part-exchange — please complete the form below with whatever you know. We'll assess what you have and come back to you with a carefully considered recommendation. Photographs are especially helpful.
Before any sale is finalised and funds transferred, we need to physically inspect and appraise your items. Appraising items in person often leads to us increasing our offer.
If you would like us to proceed, we'll arrange Royal Mail collection at our expense — fully insured, next business day delivery. All you need to do is pop your items in a jiffy bag or small package and we'll take care of the rest.
