FREE RESIZE OPTION ON EVERY RING HERE AT FEWL 

Every ring comes with a free resize option. If you do know the size you need, you shall find a handy little notes box at checkout. If you don't know your size? Simply type HELP in the box and we shall reach out after checkout..

If you wish to opt for a resize ? Simply leave us a note at checkout, email or Instagram. WE HAVE RECENTLY IMPROVED THE RESIZE MESSAGE SYSTEM AT CHECKOUT.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not know your ring size? It is perfectly okay to purchase a ring and advise us the size you need at a later date.

Over the years we have experimented with a variety of resize options in terms of price. We now realise that our customers love a free resize and it makes their decision to purchase much easier. In opting for a resize you will be buying a bespoke item which we believe is a is a more thrilling and practical experience.

So, we have decided to offer the option of free resize on any ring.  Once you have purchased the ring you can opt into the ring resizing service, which is provided by our trusted partner Goldsmith’s Company. We shall facilitate and pay them, on your behalf, for the resize.

Of course, the resize is not free for FEWL. We have to pay the Goldsmith’s Company to do the job. The average cost to us is around £40.

CAN A  RESIZED RING BE RETURNED ? -Yes

Thankfully we have very few returns. The UK Government Consumer Rights Act (2015) states that bespoke goods and services (such as a tailored suit or a resized ring) are NOT covered by the right of return. An online retailer is not legally obliged to accept a bespoke return. We have a more relaxed approach and in most cases we shall accept a bespoke return. Although we do reserve the right to use our discretion and apply the law. Which is thankfully something we have never had to invoke.

As a small family business we want to be user friendly and we have  created what we believe is a fair and reasonable work around that better protects our clients and ourselves.

Should you wish to return a resized ring and we agree to accept the return; we will credit you the full purchase price, less the £40 we paid to the Goldsmith’s Company to do the job.

This does not affect statutory rights.
