Every piece is professionally appraised for condition and authenticity using industry-standard testing equipment, with written confirmation provided.
Our mobile phone photographs are unfiltered and true-to-life, with close-ups showing both the beauty and any age-appropriate wear. Unless stated otherwise, expect excellent condition consistent with the piece's age.
RESERVE WITH A DEPOSIT
We offer two flexible payment options:
30-Day Plan – 10% deposit, 30 days to pay in full (deposit non-refundable)
150-Day Plan – 25% deposit, 150 days to pay in full (30-day cooling-off period)
Deposits accepted via card, Google Pay, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Our Vintage & Antique Jewellery
We personally select every piece at FEWL, accepting fewer than 5% of items offered to us. Most are over 30 years old, many far older, each with its own history and previous owners adding to its unique character and charm.
These pieces have travelled through time, and very few arrive with original documentation. We professionally assess every item using industry-standard methods—electronic testing, hallmark verification, and expert analysis. Our diamonds are earth-mined, though we do not trace stone origins or treatments such as heat enhancement.
Written confirmation of our assessment is provided with every purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in identical condition to when sold (same weight, size, and condition)
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return
- Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility
